1. Description of the service
{{BRAND}} is a platform that lets you search for clothing by photo, link or text, compare prices across different stores, try items on virtually and get size recommendations.
We do not sell products. The purchase takes place on the partner store's website and is subject to that store's terms. Responsibility for product quality, delivery, returns and warranty lies with the selling store.
2. Account
- You must be over 16 to register.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- Keeping your password secure is your responsibility.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to get around limits is prohibited.
- An account that breaks the rules may be suspended without warning.
3. Free and Premium plans

Limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Plan prices and contents may change — changes apply to an existing subscription from the next billing period.
4. Payment and cancellation
- The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period.
- You can cancel at any time — Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Within {{REFUND}} days of the first payment you can request a full refund, provided the service has not been used significantly.
- Pro-rata refunds for a partially used period are not offered.
- If a payment fails, the account automatically moves to the Free plan.

5. Unacceptable use
- Loading the system with automated requests (bots, scripts)
- Uploading someone else's photo without permission
- Uploading unlawful, offensive or copyright-infringing content
- Mass-collecting platform data without permission (scraping)
- Attempting to bypass security mechanisms

7. Price accuracy
Prices come from partner stores' data feeds and are refreshed at intervals. The final price in the store may differ from the price shown. The definitive price is the one shown on the seller's website.
8. Affiliate relationships
We may earn a commission when a purchase is made through some links. This does not affect the price you pay and does not change the price-first principle used to rank results.
9. Intellectual property
The design, code and content of the platform belong to {{COMPANY}}. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, {{COMPANY}} is not liable for indirect damages, lost income, choosing the wrong size or problems with a partner store. In any case, total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the last 12 months.
11. Suspension of the service
The service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, improvements or legal reasons. In the event of a prolonged suspension, proportionate compensation is offered on active subscriptions.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of {{COUNTRY}}. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and, failing that, before the competent court.
